1. Acceptance of Terms

DropYourStory is operated by Entyme Marketing Elite, LLC ("we," "our," "us," or the "Company"). By creating an account or using DropYourStory (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") with the Company. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use DropYourStory. The App is not available to anyone under 18.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the age and other identifying information you provide is true and accurate. Entyme Marketing Elite, LLC is not responsible for, and disclaims liability arising from, any user's misrepresentation of their age or identity at account creation or at any time thereafter. If we learn that a user is under 18 or has provided false age information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account without notice.

3. What DropYourStory Is — and Isn't

DropYourStory is a personal journaling and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment of any kind.

DropYourStory has no crisis intervention or emergency response features. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or seek help from a trusted adult or medical professional. Do not rely on this App in an emergency.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. Your Content

You own everything you record or write in DropYourStory. We do not claim ownership over your journal entries. You grant us only the limited technical license necessary to store and display your content back to you within the App.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The DropYourStory name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by Entyme Marketing Elite, LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to access another user's account or content

• Attempt to circumvent the App's security or privacy protections

• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm another person

8. Subscriptions and Institutional Access

DropYourStory offers a free trial period, after which continued access requires a paid subscription (Monthly or Annual). Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple, not by us — you can request one through Apple’s own process. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves for payments processed through the App Store.

If you are granted access through a partner institution's license (for example, because you signed up with a school email address covered by an active agreement), your access is governed by that institution's agreement with us and may end if that agreement lapses, is not renewed, or if your institutional affiliation ends.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated insights are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entyme Marketing Elite, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
